PLDD abandoned the Montgomery Lane bank discharge and directed flow to the Libby Court Outfall, and improved drainage on Montgomery. Conveyance improvements in Montgomery Lane resulted in the elimination of a bank discharge and directed drainage from Montgomery Lane north of Libby Court to the Libby Court outfall (Project No. 3).
