A culvert under Oak Bay road was directing storm water onto the walking path and subsequently down the driveways and into the North Bay #2 condominium complex.
A catch basin was installed at the east side of the culvert under Oak Bay road. Piping was installed to carry the water down to another catch basin next to the condominiums where the system was mated to an existing drainage system.
